Doctorate Degree: Sports & Personality Psychology from Bangalore University, Karnataka, India year 2013-2018

Work Experiences in Sports Science: 

- Served as Swimming Trainer, Aqua Therapy Coach & Technical Official for Paralympics Swimming Federation of India 2003-2009

- Served as Lecturer and Assistant Professor in Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, Department of Education, Delhi University and PES University, Bangalore, India 2010-2015

​​​​

- Planned and successfully executed a Voluntary Sports Program for village kids of Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir "Let's Play Ladakh" year 2016-2018 www.instagram.com/letsplay_ladakh super proud of this <3

- Worked as a Sport Teacher & Swimming Trainer at Frei Waldorf Schule, Esslingen, Germany year 2021-2023

- During these years I presented many research papers in Sports Science. Received scholarships to present my work at 2012 London Olympics Conference, Sports & Personality Psychology Conferences in Switzerland & Paris in 2014 and many National and International conferences held in India.

- Participated and won many medals at State and National Championships in Swimming, Cross-Country Running, Badminton, Road Cycling etc.

Work Experience in Kitchen & Other Areas

- Cooked healthy and loving meals for my family since I was a young girl and after my marriage; more than 20 years of experience :)

- Worked as a Food Delivery Driver for Liferando on my Bicycle to support myself and my 1.5 years old son in Stuttgart, Germany year 2020-2021 super proud of myself <3

​

- Self-Taught Macrame Artist. Showcased my first handwork collection in 2019, when my son was 6 months old. I was an exhausted mother and had to close my online shop. But it remains as a home decor hobby till date <3

- Ayurveda Chef in an Ayurveda Retreat Centre in Bavaria, Germany year 2023-2024

- Vegan & Vegetarian Chef in Park Hotel Frank, Oberstdorf, Bavaria, Germany year 2024-2025
